General Summary of the Position
This role supports the Sales and Services Business within the Siemens DI SW Organization. This role will apply the Sales and Services Business Processes and Opportunity to Order understanding with specific knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of complex and varied tasks. The role will typically operate under supervision, however will perform his/her tasks independently in the focused areas.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Business support throughout the entire sales and services order lifecycle.
- With good understanding of internal policies/processes and effective utilization of related systems –
CRM (Salesforce.com), O2O (Opportunity to Order), ERP (SAP), Export Control, etc. - Main focus on guiding and supporting internal sales teams, external partners and customers with
- Sales and services order processing procedures and requirements and monitoring the entire O2O to revenue process
- Services training business process administration and support.
- In close interaction with related functions locally and globally.
- Handles and coordinates complex queries and participates in local deployments of new policies, processes and tools with effective change and issue management with continuous efficiency and productivity enhancements.
- Requires regular data reporting/analysis and occasional knowledge transfer to internal/external.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2~3 years work experience in sales operations and business support role.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with good command of written and verbal English.
- Highly collaborative and supportive across multiple functions with organized skills and attention to details.
- Proficient in using office automation tools and working knowledge of CRM/ERP systems will be beneficial.
